Over sleeping or under sleeping. Yes, the bed is comfortable and sleep sounds so good. Or, you just don’t have time to sleep because of your busy schedule. Sweet temptation. I know chocolates are irresistible, right? Yet, you need to refuse to this very sweet temptation. Avoid too much sugar for it brings in more calories that are really hard to lose. You might want to say goodbye too to your favorite ice cream. Oh no.
Merry drinking. No more alcoholic drinks nor colas and sodas for now. These drinks really taste good especially if you are with your best buds but they are never good for your health. All they contain are sugar and toxins that bulge up your belly and deny you a quick weight loss.
